We pride ourselves on offering a range of styles to suit all ages and stages of your Yoga practice.

Our classes are for everybody and our teachers will assist you in each class to offer you best adjustments and variations to support and guide your practice and development for your individual needs.

  • Yin Yoga

    A slow + steady practice where the magic of your body comes to life.

    This class is designed with gentle floor based sequences, holding the postures for 3-5 minutes while using bolsters + props that support you to fully relax your muscles, slow down the mental activity of your brain, shift emotional patterns, bring ease to your breath, and tune into your nervous system's healing capacity through a passive nourishing practice.

    A perfect place to balance the busyness of life and power of your other physical practices by giving back to you. You will leave this class feeling soothed, nurtured and whole.

  • Vinyasa Krama

    This practice emphasises the sequential movement between postures, coordinated with + guided by intentional breath with the effects of the practice experienced on a physical, energetic, mental + spiritual level.

    Each Vinyasa Krama practice is an intentional step by step progression based movement, with all asana of the sequence being linked to an inhalation or an exhalation + each asana becoming a step within the flow mimicing the flowing energy of the universe.

    With the practice becoming a moving meditation that creates strength, freedom, fluidity + potential in your body as well as your mind.

    A curation of asana, pranayama, restorative postures + meditation with our personal touches to bring you to your natural highest alignment.

  • Move + Melt

    A combination of our two signature stye practices Vinyasa Krama + Restorative Yoga.

    Each Vinyasa Krama practice is an intentional step by step progression based movement, with all asana of the sequence being linked to an inhalation or an exhalation + each asana becoming a step within the flow mimicing the flowing energy of the universe.

    Be guided through steady flowing sequences creating inner heat + strength then softening into intentionally selected restorative postures to allow you to melt into the energy you created offering you a nourishing healing space within your own body. 

    The practice experienced on a physical, energetic, mental + spiritual level.

  • Yin Deepen

    During this 45 minute practice we will offer hands on adjustments to help you access the deepest part of the pose that is best for your body on the day.

  • Yoga Nidra

    Restore + Revive through the art of Yogic sleep.

    Nourish your Being, replenish your radiance and awaken clarity + inspiration during this special monthly offering. The ancient art of Yoga Nidra is known and practiced for it's supreme ability to reach the deeper layers of consciousness, where we can access sublime rest + receptivity.

    A healing pause in the business of life.

    During this deeply traditional practice you will be guided through the subtle layers of the body + mind into a heavenly dreamless sleep. Where the body sleeps, the mind sleeps, yet awareness remains.

    Beginning with a short relaxed movement practice to release stores of energy held within the joints and glands of the physical body, this experience is then taken from a reclined Savasana-like position.

  • Vinyasa Flow

    Vinyasa is a Sanskrit name
    Nyasa means "to place" and vi "in a special way."


    It symbolizes a flowing, dynamic form of yoga, where postures are linked together using breath.


    Flow mindfully and steadily through postures that leave you feeling fresh, open and energised.


    Combining all the elements of breath, mind + body control to bring peace, strength and flexibility to you.

    A practice designed to build upon each posture piece by piece as your body is prepared.

    Focusing on your own individual form + alignment to lead you to your deepest experience of the poses.

    Weaved together with lots of dynamic vinyasa flows to build fire + space.

  • Kids Yoga

    Our classes are centered around utilising that childish and yogic essence of play to teach poses and bring awareness to the little yogi’s body and improvements in flexibility, strength, coordination, balance, and posture.

    Each session is values based as we use imagination + creativity to explore in a safe + nurturing environment.

    Combining Yoga poses, meditation, positive affirmations, songs + games to help increase your little loved ones confidence, self belief, self awareness + ability to make healthy life choices.

  • Gentle Hatha & Kriya Meditation

    Gentle Hatha & Kriya Meditation

    This is a calming and nurturing practice to support you through a busy week and to settle inwards for meditation. Classes are crafted to help stabilise & regulate your nervous system, settle and clear your mind, to give you a sense of freedom & space to reconnect to yourself with ease & clarity from your mat and beyond.

    A combination of fluid movements & static postures to gently strengthen, lengthen the body, circulate & build life force energy. Cultivating stillness & radiance in all aspects of your being.

    Our classes will incorporate gentle application of bandhas, mudras, mantras, targeted breath-work & Kriya meditations.
    You will leave class feeling radiant, calm, clear, connected, balanced & nourished.

    Gentle Hatha is ideal for people who :

    -lead a hectic, stressful & over-stimulating lifestyle
    -want a slower paced practice to align/connect with their mind & body, are new or returning to yoga
    -are recovering, healing, feeling anxious or overwhelmed & need a supportive, nurturing class for emotional stability.

  • Sattva Kriya Yoga

    Sattva Kriya Yoga

    Kriya is “action that leads us to evolution, expansion and liberation.”
    A specific technique or action designed to create a specific evolutionary response.

     

    Each week we will work through a specific Kriya set that brings us to a direct experience of energetic alignment. 

    Themes such as; Stabilising the Nervous System, Awakening True Power, Self Healing, Anti Anxiety, Cultivating Will Power, Aligning to Abundance, Connecting to Your Creative Power + more. 

    This will be a seated practice using breath, mudra + gentle movement to create stability internally of both mind + energy.


    As a direct experience in practice you will then continue to benefit from in the days that follow.

  • Yin + Sound

    Settle into the stillness of Yin Yoga while immersing yourself into the soothing sounds of crystal singing bowls, and take yourself on a journey to deep rest and restoration.

    During this practice you’ll be gently guided through a series of floor based Restorative Yin postures that are supported with props, inviting your body to relax and settle in deeper. Postures will be held for roughly 5 minutes to promote a sense of letting go; easing any tension and tightness that may be stored in your body and mind. With this being infused by the soothing sounds and resonance of the crystal singing bowls you will be transformed into a state that is calm and peaceful, allowing your nervous system to down regulate, and your mind and body to restore; returning back to its more natural state.

    This is the perfect opportunity to slow down, be present, and harness the power of both Yin and sound in order to fill your cup and reconnect with the true essence of your being.

  • Massage Flow

    Explore the perfect blend of movement & relaxation in this unique Massage Flow class.

    Designed to nurture, this class combines calming postures and soothing touch, massage techniques to promote a deep sense of healing and release tension.

    Kaleb & Erin's class begins with a gentle guided breathwork & aroma inhalation to prepare the body for deeper work. The postures are paired with props and massage as we flow through to savasana for a truly restorative finish.

    Massage flow offers a deeply rejuvenating experience, suitable to all levels.
