Founder + director of Boheme + Body Yoga Studios for over a decade.

A lifelong student + teacher of Traditional Tantric Hatha, Sattva Kriya Yoga, Yin + Vinyasa Yoga. Amy strives to make Yoga accessible for all people, through her own classes, leading her team + now mentoring more high quality teachers,

Amy brings a grounded, embodied + intuitive approach to her teaching, studio operations + mentorship, with a deeply passionate + light hearted approach.

In mentorship Amy will be supporting you into a deep dive through Svadhyaya to know yourself intimately, so you can meet your dharma from a clear stable centre, assisting you to set your self up for lifelong success as a Yoga leader.

LEAD TEACHER | EMBODIED IMPACTFUL TEACHING | INTELLIGENT CLASS PLANNING|

Founder of Internal Resonance and a dedicated Yoga and Sound healing practitioner, Carol brings a wealth of over 900hrs of accredited trainings to her offerings specialising in Vinyasa, Yin Yoga and Sound Healing.

Carol’s passion lies in creating spaces for others to explore themselves on a deeper level. She holds a supportive container infused with ancient practices and modern day teachings allowing for the embodiment of the full spectrum of Yoga’s wisdom. With each action being lead with intention and purpose her approach is one that grounds in a remembering of ones true Self while expanding into all possibilities of your entire being.

In mentorship Carol will support you in finding your why, how to live it and embody your purpose so you can voice it confidently with others to do the same. You will become clearer on where your strengths lie as a teacher to theme and sequence classes in a way that is authentic to you - landing with your students exactly as intended.
