Daily Yoga Practice, of course, themed to Expansion through Vinyasa, Traditional Tantric Hatha + Yin Yoga.
Each class including Asana, Pranayama + Meditation.
Combined with workshops going deeper in Yoga Practice, Philosophy + Living Yoga Lifestyle Design.
All within in our own private Yoga Shala.
Then for the adventurous we have optional experiences including, Boat Cruise, Ethical Elephant Experience, Temple Tour, Waterfall Trekking & Swimming, Island Hopping to Koh Madsum.
Each day of the retreat represents a separate stage + experience in the gentle alignment back to self.
Participants will be guided through our signature lineage based teachings of; Stabilisation, Expansion + Illumination.
