Spend seven days and six nights with Amy + Carol, in Thailand on the beautiful Island of Koh Samui immersed in retreat and island life.
An opportunity to step out of our daily routine, to move beyond the boundaries of everyday life and grow into a version of yourself that you may not have met before.
On retreat we give ourselves the space to breathe fully, to feel everything, to explore outside of the perimeter and grow in all directions.
