Our supported journey includes a questionnaire so we can find clarity on what you are desiring from your Yoga practice anything from touching your toes, standing on your head, to a complete energetic transformation.

We will then have a private practice together where we can answer any questions you may have around alignment, progressions, injuries, modifications, understanding the how’s + why’s to the way in which we practice or anything you wish to know.

Why 40 Days?

40 days is considered the length of a true transformation cycle.

Over this time, your practice has time to move deeper than habit — it becomes integration.

Forty days allows old patterns to soften, new pathways to strengthen + your inner landscape to shift in a meaningful, sustainable way.

It’s a commitment that honours real change: steady, embodied + soulful.

At Boheme, we use a 21-day framework because it creates a powerful container for change.

Three weeks is long enough for your mind and nervous system to settle into new patterns, yet short enough to feel achievable. In this time, your practice moves from something you “do” to something you feel — a steadying rhythm that nourishes your inner world.

21 days offers you a complete cycle to reconnect, reset, and return to yourself.

Available for first time students once only.

Enjoy unlimited classes, all year round.

A gentle commitment for those heart ready to commit yet life not providing the space right now.

Just 2 classes per week.

All our memberships are on flexible terms.

Our membership contracts are a 12 week commitment that automatically renews every 12 weeks.

We offer pauses anytime for holidays (hopefully) or injury/sickness (hopefully not).

The holds are for a two week minimum + require two weeks notice for holidays (we understand sickness happens off schedule so please let us know as soon as you need).

We require two weeks notice in writing via email to terminate your membership.

Unlimited weekly classes for those dedicated to consistent practice + their ongoing wellness journey.
