In today’s modern world, more than ever our young people need the tools of Yoga to help them navigate the various challenges of life, from a calm self aware centre.

Experiencing Yoga at a young age fosters emotional wellbeing, as through Yoga we encourage self acceptance + build self esteem assisting kids to develop a healthy self image, understanding of their own feelings which supports them to build strong healthy relationships now + in the future.

Our Family + Kids Yoga Classes are a playful + fun opportunity to learn + experience the amazing benefits of Yoga for all ages.

At Boheme each class includes meditation, yoga, positive affirmations, songs, games, interactive activities and life skills to help increase confidence, self belief, self awareness, the ability to make healthy life choices, happiness, wellbeing and to lower stress and anxiety for even the littlest of people.

Through practice + play we explore topics such as mindfulness, respect, responsibility, feelings, focus, kindness + compassion, stress relief, gratitude + creativity.

The younger we can introduce yoga + mindfulness practices to anyone we are able to set them up for life by experiencing positive benefits such as:
