Through 108 flowing Sun Salutations, we honour the transition from the outward brightness of summer into the quieter, more reflective energy of autumn.

Each round becomes a rhythmic breath, helping to clear stagnant energy, strengthen the body, and create mental focus.

This practice is both grounding and energising — a chance to let go of what no longer serves and create space for what’s ready to emerge.

Move at your own pace, rest when needed, and allow the rhythm of repetition to carry you into a deeply meditative state.
