Have you ever wanted to feel more confident going upside down, but weren’t sure where to begin — or how to do it safely?
This fun, educational and empowering workshop is designed to take the mystery and fear out of inversions by helping you understand how your body works, how to align correctly, how to fallsafely of course and how to build the strength and technique needed to support yourself with confidence.
Inversions are not only exciting and playful — they are deeply beneficial for circulation, focus, strength, and shifting perspective both physically and mentally.
During this 2.5-hour journey, we will break the workshop into two parts:
🧠 Part 1 – Understanding the Anatomy & Alignment (Theory)
You will learn:
• The key muscles and joints involved in inversions
• How shoulders, core and hips work together to support you
• Safe alignment principles to protect the neck and spine
• Why most people struggle with inversions (and how to fix it)
• How to prepare your body correctly before going upside down
This section gives you the knowledge and body awareness that makes the practical work feel accessible and safe.
🤸 Part 2 – Practical Application (With Wall & Partner Support)
This is where the fun begins!
Using the wall and guided partner work, you will explore:
• Foundational inversion techniques
• Safe entry and exit strategies
• Partner spotting to support each other
• Building confidence step by step
• Playful exploration in a supportive environment
You’ll be surprised how much easier inversions feel when you have the right technique, understanding, and support.
This workshop is designed to be light-hearted, interactive, educational and confidence-building. Expect laughter, teamwork, and many “aha!” moments as you quite literally turn your world upside down.
Suitable for:
• Students who are curious about inversions

Over a decade my mission for teaching is to facilitate and create an environment where students can enter at any level and progress on their own personal journey of growth and improvement. One of my primary techniques is to simplify complex poses in a safe and fun environment with the culture where everyone moves and progresses at their own pace yet constantly finding creative ways to keep the students inspired. With that said, my style of teaching is often considered strong, to encourage and challenge students to overcome their own fears to be the best they can be.
Meaning of my life is to define it and the purpose of my life is to share it. My intention around yoga has been to share it with as many people as I can. Share the endless health benefits it has brought to my life and the incredible friends I have connected with over the years and to create a clearing for the community of yogins.
To me Yoga is about balance and harmony.
It is the practice of recognizing dualities: Ha (Sun) and Tha (Moon); masculine and feminine; Yin and Yang; Sthira (effort) and Sukha (ease); create space and to find depth.
Balance is to find the centre where the opposites meet.
Harmony, is where the dualities work together to find oneness of the universe.
Look forward to seeing you on the mat! NAMASTE!
