Yin, Restorative + Yoga Nidra 3hr Immersion

Join Tess for a deeply nourishing 3 hour immersion blending Yin Yoga, Restorative Yoga and Yoga Nidra.

This thoughtfully curated experience invites you to slow down, soften and reconnect with your inner stillness in a supportive & healing environment.

We’ll begin with a grounding Yin Yoga practice, where long-held poses gently target the deeper layers of the body - fascia, joints and connective tissue - helping to release habitual tension and enhance mobility.

From there, we’ll transition into soothing Restorative Yoga, using props to fully support the body in restful postures that promote deep relaxation and energetic restoration.

The immersion concludes with a guided Yoga Nidra, a meditative practice of conscious rest that invites profound physical, mental and emotional relaxation.

This unique combination of Yin, Restorative and Yoga Nidra works synergistically to harmonise the body, reduce the chatter of the mind and leave you feeling grounded, replenished and renewed.

No prior yoga experience is necessary, all levels are warmly welcome.
