Be, Make & Do is more than a workshop — it's an experience designed to reconnect you with your inner wisdom, spark your imagination, and support your well-being through scent, energy, and intention.
What to Expect
BE – Begin with deep rest and inner alignment
Settle into stillness with calming energy healing, sound medicine, guided visualisation, and personal mantra discovery. This restorative journey invites you to release, ground, and open up to your intuitive self.
MAKE – Craft your own fresh garden smudge stick
Using freshly harvested herbs and flowers (all provided), you’ll create your own smudge stick to support cleansing, intention-setting, and ritual. You’ll be guided step-by-step as you select plants and flowers and bind them with natural cotton twine — creating a beautiful bundle to take home and use in your own sacred space.
DO – Anchor your intention into daily life
Through gentle journaling, you’ll reflect on your personal mantra and infuse it into a morning and evening ritual. You'll leave with your mist, a journal card, and simple practices to support your daily alignment.
Whether you're drawn by creativity, curious about the Law of Attraction, or seeking a soul-soothing experience, this workshop is for you. Come solo or bring a friend or family member (open to children 9 years and over accompanied by an adult) — no prior experience needed.

What to bring: Your beautiful self in comfortable clothing (everything provided). Option to bring a light shawl or blanket and water bottle.
