Each class is guided by the energetic qualities of the current season as well as the appropriate meridians, inviting you to align your body, mind, and nervous system with what is unfolding around and within you.

Through long-held, grounding postures and conscious breath, we create space to release tension, restore balance, and reconnect with your inner landscape.

Moving at a gentle, meditative pace, this is a practice that honours stillness, presence, and deep listening internally.
