A specific technique or action designed to create a specific evolutionary response.
In this class we will be using the Sattva Yoga Kriya Practice to Stabilise Your Nervous System cultivating deep inner harmony.
This will be a seated practice using breath, mudra + gentle movement to create stability internally of both mind + energy.
As a direct experience in practice you will then continue to benefit from in the days that follow.
