Teen Wellbeing Program

We are bringing our signature Chase the Sun Wellbeing programs (usually facilitated in school) as a new monthly offering.
TEEN FOCUSED CLASSES EXPLORING YOGA, MINDFULNESS, SELF DEVELOPMENT, HEALTHY RELATIONSHIPS SELF AWARENESS, GOALS, HEALTHY HABITS + GOOD VIBES.

What our sessions aim to do:
Decrease anxiety + depression.
Equip them with tools at a young age for a long and healthy life.
Increase self awareness, resilience, confidence + self esteem.
Create strong foundations within themselves.
Teach them about healthy relationships
Help them navigate personal situations
Provide a safe space for self development
Help them create personal coping strategies
Empower them through emotional wellbeing
