Join Sheena and Georgie for an afternoon of gentle ritual and deep rest at Boheme and Body Yoga.
Together we'll move through a nourishing journey beginning with a traditional tea ceremony drawn from Taoist and Buddhist lineages, inviting us to arrive fully in the present moment. From there, we'll awaken the body with gentle Qigong before melting into a restorative Yin Yoga practice and guided meditation.
Throughout the Yin practice, you'll receive gentle seasonal therapies including Japanese acupuncture press needles, ear seeds, and warming moxibustion to support whole-body nourishment, regulate the nervous system, encourage healthy circulation, and cultivate the warmth and vitality that winter invites us to protect.
This is an invitation to pause, breathe, and replenish your energy during the quietest season of the year.
