Yoga Nidra

Yoga Nidra is a guided rest practice that allows your body to sleep while your mind stays gently aware.

Often called “yogic sleep,” this class supports deep nervous system reset, helping to release physical tension, emotional holding, and mental fatigue. You’ll be guided through breath, body awareness, and visualisation while resting comfortably on your mat, allowing your system to shift out of stress and into deep restoration.

This practice is especially powerful for anyone feeling burnt out, anxious, overstimulated, or simply in need of true rest. In just one session, you may experience the equivalent of several hours of sleep — leaving you feeling clearer, calmer, and more grounded.

No movement or experience is required. Simply lie down, listen, and allow yourself to be guided into deep, effortless rest.
