Since beginning her Yoga journey in 2020, the practice has become a profound source of transformation in her life physically, mentally + spiritually.
It continues to be a sacred space where she grounds, expands + reconnect with herself.
Kirstin's intention is to share the empowering nature of Yoga, foster deep connection, and support students as they explore their own path.
She strives to create a space that feels both welcoming + expansive.
Kirstin’s classes are creative and dynamic with elements of strength and softness woven throughout. Each class is thoughtfully crafted to honour the connection between breath and movement and blends strength, fluidity, mobility and flexibility. With hands-on assists support alignment, invite ease, or create a space to explore more depth in the practice.
