Soph’s Classes are:
Strong and intentional - helping you to really get into your body. I try to offer some time to slow down and focus so we can reconnect with ourselves and have a crack at reducing some of that mind noise. I like to include all the good bits, movement, almost always some pranayama, quiet stillness and a little philosophy to take away and into our lives off the mat.
Soph loves Yoga because:
Gosh so many things! I think it builds resilience in a really quiet, steady way, and reminds me I don’t have to have everything together to show up. It’s one of the few practices where I can access a calm clarity, and also genuine joyfulness. It reminds me to be real, to be present and connected to my life and not let the magic in the simple things be forgotten, in a way it helps restore meaning. Ultimately it bolsters me in whatever I need and encourages me to enjoy my life :)
